Our story
Founded at the intersection of two worlds.
Agilvest was founded in 2018 as a conversation between a Nairobi-based real-estate professional and a diaspora engineer frustrated by how hard it was to invest back home. Between them they had seen every failure pattern — the cousin who disappeared with the deposit, the plot sold to three different buyers, the apartment that never got built.
They set out to build the firm they wished had existed: a Kenyan advisory with European-grade due diligence, transparent pricing, fiduciary advice and the patience to say "this one isn't right for you."
Fifteen years later, we serve hundreds of clients across Kenya, Europe, the Gulf and North America — and we still apply that same filter to every deal we bring to the table.
